When you are walking front-ways-forwards the angle is limited.

If for some reason you want/need to aim on a very steep angle then try walking backwards. The first number next to each vehicle represents the percentage of the vehicle's power that goes to the front wheels, the second number is the power in the back wheels. Thanks to picodroid we have the following list of cars in GTA V that are all wheel drive. You can also check out our guide here to see what you need to do in order to get 100% completion of GTA V. On that page you'll see everything you need to do in the game, and if a mission/object/thing has a green line down the left side of it that means you need to complete it in order to get 100% in the game. To access it simply head to, go to your profile page and then find the "View Stats" - click it, and then look for the "Checklist" link.

You may not know this, but there is a 100% completion checklist at the Rockstar Social Club that automatically shows you how far away from 100% you are, and also what outstanding missions/things you'll need to do in order to get there.
